Chicken Parmesan with Zoodles
I was STARVING when I decided to make dinner. I ended up scarfing a couple of @fiberone bars down while I was making dinner 🤦🏻♀️😂 bye bye carb allotment! Hello food volume and poverty macros!

The kids had regular noodles and green beans with theirs. I ended up with:
6oz chicken (measured raw & cooked in the air fryer – this is the one i use: https://amzn.to/2GNNZMq)
10g Italian Bread crumbs
275g of zuchinni (measured precooked)
1/2 serving of spaghetti sauce
7g of Colby/Monty Jack cheese

Totally hit the spot, filled me up, & best of all, I get to keep the preplanned ice cream entry for later tonight. I don’t sacrifice dessert 😂
