Raspberry Nana Cream

This is one of my FAVORITE treats! It’s great for many reasons! You can make it lactose/dairy free depending on the milk you use. The calories are so much lower than actual ice cream. It can be made at any time (assuming you keep these on hand like I do 🙂 ). Don’t like raspberries!? No problem!! Substitute in any fruit or even better, natural peanut butter or almond butter and chocolate! YUM!!

 

Raspberry Banana Ice Cream

 

You will need:
2 Med Bananas
3 oz Fresh Raspberries
1/4 c Almond Milk Light (or any milk of your choice)
1 tsp Organic Stevia ( or any healthy sweet substitute)

Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend until its reached a consistency you like. I’d say I blend for about 2 minutes, scrape the walls, and blend for another 2. It’s nice and creamy with no lumps! PERFECT!!

This makes about 2 large servings.
