Easy At Home Workout – No Equipment Needed

I thought it would be fun to give you guys a bit more than just boot camp!  What do you think? Should I start doing some more videos?


30 seconds of each exercise with 5-10 second breaks in between.

Beginners – Try one full round with no additional breaks!
Intermediate – Get 2 rounds in!
Advanced – Get a full 3 rounds in!


Squat Jumps
High Knees
Push Ups
Mountain Climbers
One Legged Glute Bridge
Jumping Jacks


Please remember to keep neutral body alignment during planks and push ups! No slouching over when doing squats or lunges, and don’t forget to keep your knees from going over your toes!
