100s Wor

Beginners: Do 1 set at your own pace.
Intermediate: Do 2 rounds at your own pace
Advanced: Attempt 3 rounds, each round faster than the one before!

Jumping Jacks
1/2 Cobras

(mountain climber except your left knee will come up to your right elbow, and your right knee will come all the up to your left elbow)
