Do any of you get a sweets craving and then all of a sudden, HAVE TO HAVE IT? Like, it doesnt matter what you do to get your mind and belly off of it, but you just have to get it. That happened to me yesterday, and my cabinets are pretty bare!
In one of the macro groups I’m in on Facebook, a gal reposted THIS RECIPE, and I thought, “I have to have it!!” I made a couple small changes though because I didnt have any toppings. Im not a big cherry person anyways 🙂 This took me less than 15 minutes to put together too 🙂
Heres my version:
1/2 cup (112g) of plain greek yogurt
8g of sugarfree jello cheesecake mix
1/2 scoop (12g) of IdealFit Vanilla Protein
1 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Mini Ready Crusts (mine are the Keebler Brand)
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and scoop evenly into two premade crusts. I ate one preworkout, and it wasnt chilled. It was still pretty good. But, I had one before bed after it had been in the fridge for a few hours, and it was so yummy!
Im going to try a chocolate version next! I have so many protein flavors to to try this with! I think Chocolate Coconut will be first 🙂
