I cannot believe how good this turned out!! I cooked the chicken cooked in the air fryer (here is the one I use https://amzn.to/2GNNZMq), and kept the sides as simple as possible. I should really think about renaming my blog and all social meadow as “the lazy cook.” 😂😂

The best diet is one that can be maintained long term. For me, it’s macros and eating what I want, when i want. The more you tell me I can’t eat something, the more I want it. Then, I eat it, and eat more cause I looooooove to eat!

Typically, my meals fall in the 300-400cal range, but this was my first meal today cause I’m slacking, so I don’t care that’s it’s more on the cals and carbs than normal. Thinking chicken park tonight since we didn’t have it last night, and then my new favorite dessert, blue bunny snacks ice cream 🤤🤤
