Putting a Twist on Burgers & Fries

Despite having a fridge full of grilled meats, and prepared veggies, potatoes & rice, I made this instead
Double Burger: 453cal 44p/5c/28f
6oz 93/7 ground beef
1 slice Kraft Colby Jack
15g avocado
1 slice of a tomato
2 slices of Turkey Bacon (I prefer regular bacon, but my family won’t eat it because all I can find is super fatty bacon. We all will eat turkey bacon, though. Win some, lose some 🤷🏻‍♀️😂).
Light Miracle Whip (doesn’t taste any different than regular, so why not save some cals?)
Pickle juice
Sweet potato fries 🤤🤤
125g 108cals 2p/25c/0f
Spray with EVOO spray, add whatever spices you like & pop it in the air fryer! I just use the preset settings that are there when you turn it on. 370* for 15 minutes. After theyve been in there about 8 minutes, Ill stop it, mix them up, and spray with EVOO spray or 0 cal butter and add more seasonings. Cook a little longer until theyre crunchy 🙂  I top of mine off with a few sprays of 0 cal butter

I personally follow a flexible diet, but this could easily be keto if you take away the fries & adjust the amount of meat, the grade of meat, & the amounts of cheese & avocado. If you’re OMAD, I would have doubled the beef, added toppings & fries. Maybe a bun or a dipping sauce for the fries. #onemealaday is not for me 😂 I love eating food whenever I can!
