I saw some Philly Cheesesteaks on tv and thought that sounded delicious! Except I didn’t have yummy buns or steak. But, I easily improvised 🙃 6oz chicken breast 1 low carb tortilla (15g of fiber!!) 30g green pepper 30g onion 15g queso - homemade cheese sauce would have been much better, but the queso was 👌🏼 Salt & pepper, a dash of ground oregano & thyme One was enough to fill me up, even as my only meal so far today.   • Diet bet with a few of my favorite people started today! I’ve spent the majority of the last (almost) 35 years being so insecure about my body. I’m honestly ok with my current physical self. It’s got some lumps in a few places and some squishiness in others, but for not paying attention to what I eat and my lack of working out, I’m doing pretty dang good! When some of my most favorite people said, “hey, we should do some kind of weight loss competition together,” I was so excited! I can never get people to focus on their meals or activity levels with me! Plus, stuff like this is so much more fun and encouraging when you have people to do it with! Meal 1 for the day. I’ve been craving fried rice lately, so I made this chicken & broccoli with fried “rice.” Hit the spot and even my kid tried taking it from me! 569 cal 64p 37c 16f 9oz chicken 85g broccoli 85g cauliflower rice 48g mixed veggies 1 egg Plus some cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce Do you ever substitute cauliflower for rice?   • So in love with the @riverdance 25th Anniversary show 🥰 I remember watching clips on tv when I was little. I loved it so much and watched it every time, even if it was something I had already watched many times before! I thought I knew what to expect, but it still blew my mind!
