Easy Oven Baked Pollock & Air Fryer Veggies

For the longest time, I always just ate Tilapia because it had great macros and was cheap! I prefer Salmon or Tuna, but my checkbook didnt like that I wanted to make it often. We live in the middle of nowhere Missouri. Many don’t agree with me on that, but, when you come from Kansas City to a town of now, 4,100, its the middle of nowhere. Stores here are limited. We have basic fast food like McDonald’s, Burger King & Subway. Luckily, a few mom and pop restaurants too! But we only have 1 grocery store. Meaning, there isn’t a whole lot of competition for them, so their prices…

Do any of you get a sweets craving and then all of a sudden, HAVE TO HAVE IT? Like, it doesnt matter what you do to get your mind and belly off of it, but you just have to get it. Spaghetti Squash, Shrimp Fettuccine

This. This is my absolute new FAVORITE dish!! It is so easy to make! My seven year old, Ally, was begging for some fettuccine. Now, meals in my family can be, well, annoying. Most of the time, I cook two meals for dinner. Theirs, and mine. Usually, mine is the healthier version of theirs. Every once in a while, I make something completely different than what they’re having because there just isn’t a healthier alternative, or the time or money to spend on the healthier alternative. So, while at the store, we grabbed Ally some fettuccine noodles (wheat, but she doesn’t know it), sauce and shrimp. We also picked up…

    My Go To Green Smoothie

I am a Pinterest fanatic. I am constantly searching for new recipes to try. I make them, and most of the time, they turn out awful. I don’t know why. A friend will make the same recipe, and theirs will turn out good! Apparently, I just don’t belong in the kitchen……most of the time 😛 I’ve tried juicing and HATED it. We went out and spent a ton of money on fruits and veggies and were stoked. Got home, mixed it all together, and BARF. It was terrible!! Despite cold fruits and veggies and Ice, it was warm, watery, and gross, gross, GROSS!! I honestly dont remember how I decided…

    Prepping Potatoes

I said it in my Facebook post….this is an EASY one. So easy, you’ll probably ask yourself, “Why didn’t I think of that?” 😛 For those that don’t normally meal prep, but have found themselves interested and eager to learn, take note! Carbs are an essential part of your daily meal intake. Do not be fooled by people who say carbs are bad for you. I explain it all in my eBook “Live Live & Eat Clean”, so I won’t go into major details. Basically, there are good carbs, and there are bad carbs. Obviously, eat the good, ignore the bad. Thankfully, sweet potatoes fall under the “good carbs.” Aside…
